This one's another officially licensed controller, so I'm guessing that they stuck very closely to the Microsoft spec. PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller for Xbox One - Tested by myself. However, I wouldn't recommend this one, since it feels quite cheap in the hands. I guess the internals are identical enough to the 360 controller that the Steam app recognizes it as one. I got this off Amazon, and I was actually quite surprised that it worked, since it's a third-party knock-off.

I figured that since the F510/F710 are listed as officially compatible controllers, chances are the F310 will work as well. The Xbox Accessories app tells me that the firmware is 1.1.279.2 It's not an official first-party controller by Microsoft, but it is officially licensed, so Amazon stuck very closely with Microsoft's specs when making it, so much so that it gets recognized as a regular Xbox One controller.
